Application Process
All projects are subject to an application process of assessment by Cadwyn Clwyd which is a Company Ltd by guarantee. It has a Board of Directors as its decision-making body, a Partnership Technical Advisory Group as an advisory body and its staff for day-to-day implementation of projects and programmes. Approval of project expenditure is undertaken as follows:
Up to £1,000 project value – Manager to assess application.
£1,000 - £5,000 project value – Manager to assess application with Cadwyn with guidance and comments from the Partnership Technical Advisory Group.
Project value of £5,000 and above – Manager & PTAG to advise the BOD as appropriate. BOD to assess application.
Projects must be submitted on Cadwyn Clwyd application forms and must be completed in consultation with a Cadwyn Clwyd Project Officer.
